Russia says US leaving overflight treaty will hurt security

MOSCOW (AP) — Russia said Tuesday that the U.S. decision to withdraw from an international treaty allowing observation flights over military facilities would erode global security by making it more difficult for governments to interpret the intentions of other nations.
