Hawaii lawmakers recess after addressing budget shortfall
HONOLULU (AP) — Hawaii lawmakers on Thursday recessed after passing multiple funding bills designed to cope with the shock of the coronavirus pandemic that has hammered the state's tourism-dependent economy.
