N. Carolina senators pledge bipartisan fiscal reforms at DOT

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — North Carolina's Republican senators on Wednesday pledged bipartisan fiscal management reforms within Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper’s transportation agency following a recent audit that found it overspent by $740 million last year.
