Ivey won't sign spending bill, wants plan for COVID-19 cash
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) — Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey said Thursday that she is asking lawmakers to change a spending bill to ensure the state’s $1.8 billion in federal coronavirus relief funds is “put to use for the purposes Congress and President Trump intended.”
