Missouri lawmakers send new redistricting proposal to voters
COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) — Missouri's Republican-led Legislature on Wednesday sent a ballot proposal to voters asking them to reconsider their earlier backing of a redistricting system that stresses fairness and competitiveness over everything else.
