Driver, 18, arrested after skateboarder run over, killed

VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) — An 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after he allegedly drove into a skateboarder in a Vancouver, Washington, parking lot Wednesday and killed him.
