HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — The economic hurt from measures to contain the coronavirus unfolded more Friday, as Pennsylvania state government's tax collections collapsed in April and, in Philadelphia, Mayor Jim Kenney proposed tax increases and layoffs.
