Louisiana lawmakers return as virus hospitalizes a member
BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Louisiana lawmakers were returning to the state Capitol on Tuesday for a short introduction of last-minute bills, including emergency measures aimed at the coronavirus pandemic, as the House was rattled with news that one of its younger members was hospitalized with the COVID-19 disease.
