North Carolina statewide stay-home order issued by governor
RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper announced Friday that a statewide stay-at-home order will start next week, saying more movement restrictions are needed to blunt the new coronavirus and prevent hospitals from being overrun by cases.
