Kentucky lawmakers reconvene after weeklong break
FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — A bill to expand the state attorney general's authority to regulate abortion advanced as Kentucky lawmakers reconvened Thursday after a weeklong break due to the coronavirus outbreak.
