Biden calls for 'meticulous oversight' of virus aid package
WASHINGTON (AP) — Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden said Wednesday that the congressional aid package addressing the coronavirus outbreak “goes a long way,” but he said it requires “meticulous oversight” and isn't all-encompassing.
