Letter: Why is gas so expensive?

I am wondering why we are paying higher gas prices in Moses Lake, when you can go to Ephrata, Quincy or even Tri-Cities and pay lower prices. My husband came through Tri-Cities last week and paid $2.61 at a Walmart in Tri-Cities. Most places around us are 20 to 30 cents cheaper.
