North Dakota governor hasn't ruled out special session
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum has been in daily contact with lawmakers about the coronavirus and hasn’t ruled out the possibility of calling a special session, a spokesman said Wednesday.
