Maryland lawmakers pass emergency measure on new coronavirus
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — The Maryland General Assembly passed emergency legislation Wednesday in response to the new coronavirus, which is prompting lawmakers' efforts to adjourn their session early for the first time since the Civil War.
