Maryland lawmakers OK sports betting on last day of session
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Maryland voters would decide in November whether to allow sports betting in the state, under a bill approved by the General Assembly on Wednesday as lawmakers planned to end the legislative session later in the day due to concerns about the coronavirus.
