Moses Lake Police Department

March 13

Officers responded to Dollar Tree for a report of a resealable plastic bag discovered with possible drugs in it. The bag was found to contain food crumbs.

Officers responded to the area of Wheeler Road Northeast and Road M.2 Northeast for a report of a single-vehicle collision in which a car drove off the roadway and through a barbed wire fence. The driver was later pronounced deceased by the fire department.

Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Marina Drive for a report of a subject who had crafted a dry ice bomb. The subject was gone when officers arrived.

Officers responded to the 9800 block of Parkway Drive Northeast for a report of a stolen license plate out of Spokane found on a vehicle in a residence’s front yard.

Officers responded to Samaritan Hospital for a report of heroin located in a patient’s belongings. Police determined that while a man had been at the hospital for treatment, another man arrived and hid heroin in his belongings.

March 14

Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Marina Drive for a report of a juvenile female who had taken her sister’s vehicle without permission. Police intercepted the juvenile at a gas station and escorted her home.

Officers responded to the 500 block of South Canterbury Lane for a report of a man who slapped his son for disobedience because he stood up for his grandmother.

March 15

Officers responded to the 2200 block of South Beaumont Drive for a report of a possible car prowler. Witnesses reported car alarms going off in a driveway and homeowners observed a man standing nearby who tried to hide then ran away when police were called.

Officers responded to Columbia Crest for a report of a man who called a crisis line operator to complain about nurses at the facility. During the conversation, the man reportedly became angry and threatened to purchase a gun and shoot up the facility. Police made contact with the man, who said he made the statements out of anger and would not hurt anyone.

Officers responded to the 800 block of North Vista Drive for a report of a woman who was assaulted while trying to remove a guest from her residence.

Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Broadway Avenue for a report of a burglary, in which the suspect stole a computer monitor and tools from a business.

Officers responded to Park Orchard Elementary for a report of graffiti.

Fidencio Ruiz Castellanos, 24, of Royal City, was booked on charges of driving while under the influence and third-degree driving while license suspended.

Mario Robert Crittenden, 22, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of retail theft and third-degree theft.

Deanna Lynn Smith, 58, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree theft.

Daniel Paul Harrett, 30, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to fourth-degree assault.

Michael Lloyd Wilson, 65, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended.

Adam Dean Darnall, 40, of Moses Lake, was booked for a probation violation stemming from possession of a controlled substance.

Lynn Scott Miller, 61, of Moses Lake, was booked for an outstanding warrant related to driving while under the influence.

Donna Jane Ranes, 55, of Warden, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended.

Matthew Vernon Bryant, 39, of Electric City, was booked for a probation violation stemming from possession of a controlled substance.

Dylon Mycheal Johnson, 27, of Spokane, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to driving while under the influence.

Joseph Francis Muzyk, 48, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree theft.

March 13

Jose Trinidad Moreno, 23, of Moses Lake, was booked on third-degree domestic violence malicious mischief and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.

Ashley Jean Janise, 34, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended.

Laura Ann Wilt, 31, of Omak, was booked on charges of second-degree burglary.

Terra Angela Pischel, 40, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of third-degree domestic violence malicious mischief.

Alexander Terrones Santiago, 20, of Quincy, was booked on charges of theft of a motor vehicle and second-degree vehicle prowling.

Sabrina Rose Alpine, 27, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to domestic violence violation of a no-contact/protection order.
