Jury finds 3 liable for about $10M in Medicare fraud

GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) — A Mississippi hospital owner cheated Medicare out of $10.8 million, and his wife and the former chief financial officer of another company are liable for slightly less, a federal jury hearing a whistleblower lawsuit has found.
