Wall Street down more than 4% as stakes rise in pandemic

NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks are tumbling again Wednesday, and indexes lost more than 4% to wipe out their huge gains from a day earlier as Wall Street keeps reeling on worries about the coronavirus. The losses deepened after global authorities declared the crisis a pandemic.
