The Nation's Weather for Saturday, March 7, 2020
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
A coastal storm will create rather breezy conditions and
rough surf along the Northeast coast tomorrow. Aside from a
passing shower near the immediate coast, most other impacts
related to the storm will remain well offshore. Dry and cool
conditions will be the rule across much of the South to
start the weekend, allowing area creeks and rivers a chance
to recede. Dry and moderating conditions will be across much
of the Plains and Midwest, with some locales expected to
have temperatures 15-25 degrees above average. A storm
system tracking into the Northwest will spread another round
of rain and mountain snow to the region. The storm should
track far enough south to bring welcomed wet weather to
Northern California.
