Ukraine prime minister ousted, president seeks 'new brains'

KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — Ukrainian lawmakers overwhelmingly voted Wednesday to accept the resignation of the nation's prime minister after a six-month tenure in which his performance came under severe criticism from President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
