ADAMS COUNTY SMALL WORKS ROSTER/ VENDORS LIST In accordance with RCW 39.04.155 RCW 39.04.190 as authorized by the Board of Fire Commissioners; the Adams County Fire Protection District No. 5 is now accepting applications for its Small Works Roster and Vendors List. The roster and list will cover the purchase of materials, supplies including fuel and oil, and equipment not connected to a projects with an estimated cost greater then $4,500, but less than $10,000 for the Vendor List and project including building and maintenance repair between $2,500 and $200,000 for the Small Works Roster. All vendors already on the list/roster will remain on the list/rosters as active until notified as otherwise. The State of Washington, Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is acquiring property and/or property rights for the SR 17 Franklin County Line to Jct. P.S.H. No. 18, Right of Way and Limited Access Partial Control project. Negotiations to acquire the property described below have reached an impasse so WSDOT is preparing to submit this acquisition to the Attorney General's Office to pursue the acquisition through a condemnation action. This is done to assure that the rights of individual property owners and the rights of all the taxpayers of the state are equally protected.
