Fugitive now in China sentenced in 'birth tourism' scheme

SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) — A fugitive who pleaded guilty to a visa fraud scheme in which Chinese women gave birth in California so their children would be U.S. citizens has been formally sentenced.
