Thai low-cost airline NokScoot shuts down amid losses

BANGKOK (AP) — Thailand's low-cost carrier NokScoot, which is partly owned by Singapore Airlines, said its board of directors decided to liquidate the company as the coronavirus pandemic dimmed prospects for its recovery.
