NEW YORK (AP) — A summary of Major League Baseball’s 2020 Operations Manual, as edited by The Associated Press. The manual was written by MLB executive vice president Morgan Sword, senior vice presidents Patrick Houlihan, Bryan Seeley and Chris Young, and vice presidents Jon Coyles and Paul Mifsud. Young is a former pitcher who retired after the 2017 season. Input was provided by the staff of the Major League Baseball Players Association and the 30 major league clubs.
