Notice of Public Hearing June 24, 2020 Notice is hereby given that a Subdivision Application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on April 22, 2020 from Monument Hill LLC (Designated Contact: Nick Tommer P.O. Box 1150 Ephrata, WA 98823), was found to be technically complete on May 11, 2020. PROJECT: A subdivision of one (1) parcel into nine (9) lots in the Rural Residential 1 zoning District of Grant County. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used.
