June 19

Officers responded to the 700 block of South Fairbanks Drive for a report of a domestic assault, in which a man had pulled a woman’s hair and grabbed her wrists. Information for New Hope was provided.

Officers responded to the Hang Out Tavern for a report of a woman asking for assistance getting to New Hope. A courtesy ride was provided to New Hope and later to the hospital.

Officers responded to the 1400 block of West Marina Drive for a report that a residence’s door had been dented sometime during the day.

Officers responded to the 9800 block of Olympic Drive Northeast for a report of a subject who had sent explicit photos of himself to a fake social media account and who was later extorted for those photos. Police advised him to stop sending explicit photos of himself to strangers.

Officers responded to the Alder Street Fill for a report of a woman fishing who was shot at with a pellet gun by an unknown suspect.

Officers responded to Cascade Park for a report of a large group of campers who were refusing to keep the noise down. Police told them to go to bed or risk losing their campsite.

Officers responded to the 4000 block of Longview Street Northeast for a report of gang-related graffiti found at this location.

Officers responded to Longview Elementary for a report of three juvenile subjects on the rooftop who were chased off by school staff.

Officers responded to the 1100 block of South Grand Drive for a report of a cold sexual assault case.

Officers responded to the 600 block of South Pioneer Way for a report of a cat stuck in the engine block area. Police helped the car owner to remove the feline.

Officers responded to the 1400 block of South Hamilton Road for a report of a runaway juvenile who came home, showered, changed clothes, and then ran away again.

Officers responded to the 1400 block of East Nelson Road for a suicide attempt in which the subject consumed a full bottle of medication. Subject was transported to the hospital for evaluation.

Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Lakeshore Drive for a report of a purse stolen from a vehicle.

Officers responded to Chico’s Pizza for a report of subjects who dumped a dog in the parking lot and then left.

Officers responded to the 3700 block of East Broadway Avenue for a report of a possibly stolen vehicle.

Officers responded to Circle K for a report of two suspects who came into the store, stole two 12-packs of beer and fled.

Officers responded to the 900 block of North Grape Drive for a report of two bikes stolen from a residence.

June 19

Anthony Brooks Gonzalez, 21, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Osbaldo Dominique Cerrillo, 42, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of possession of a controlled substance and theft of a motor vehicle, as well as an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended.

Fidel Rivera Cisneros, 52, of Quincy, was booked on charges of driving while under the influence and violation of an ignition interlock, as well as an outstanding warrant related to driving while under the influence.

June 20

Theo Allen Michael Marlatt, 25, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Anthony Grant Kinter, 28, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of intimidating a public servant and reckless endangerment, as well as an outstanding warrant related to third-degree theft and obstructing a law enforcement officer.

June 21

Austin Ray Bennett, 21, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of eluding, driving while under the influence, third-degree driving while license suspended, resisting arrest and third-degree escape, as well as an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended and second-degree criminal trespass.

Miranda Nichole Weger, 31, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of possession of a controlled substance and second-degree burglary.

Juan Gomez, 64, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of operating a vehicle without a valid operator’s license.
