Notice of Application - Date of Notice: June 23, 2020- Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on June 10, 2020 from Virgil and Tera Redwine (Designated Contact: Jeff Curtis, J. Curtis & Associates Inc., PO Box 956, Mattawa, WA 99349), was found to be technically complete on June 18, 2020. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of one parcel totaling approximately 126.1 acres to create three (3) lots in the Agricultural (AG) zoning district. Lot 1 is approximately 30.71 acres and is orchard land with no residential capacity. Lot 2 is approximately 91.46 acres and is farmed land and will continue to be farmed.
