Texas Tech adding grad transfer from Alabama in backfield

LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) — Texas Tech is adding Alabama graduate transfer Chadarius Townsend, who was used sparingly at running back by the Crimson Tide and has two years of eligibility remaining.
