Tennessee lawmakers adjourn without addressing race, reform
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Tennessee’s Black lawmakers came back to the Capitol earlier this month with a request for their white colleagues: Advance public policy to send modest signals that say, "Yes, Black lives do matter."
