Gov. proclaims June 19 as Juneteenth in Oregon

SALEM, Ore. (AP) — Oregon Gov. Kate Brown on Thursday proclaimed June 19 as Juneteenth in Oregon and will introduce a bill in 2021 to make it a state holiday.
