Notice of Issuance of Mitigation Determination of Non-Significance - Date of Notice: June 18, 2020. Notice is hereby given that a Planned Unit Development Application, Preliminary Plat Application, SEPA Application, Conditional Use Permit Application were received by Grant County on December 19, 2019 from Hadley Properties (Designated Contact: Todd Oberg, The Blueline Group, 25 Central Way, Suite 400, Kirkland, WA 98033) and was found to be Technically Complete on March 23, 2020. Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter197-11) for the following project: A phased Planned Unit Development of two existing parcels totaling approximately 40.6 acres into forty (40) residential lots, one (1) garage/mini-storage lot, four (4) open space tracts and one (1) tract for future commercial use located in the Recreational Development (RD) zoning district of Grant County.
