William Leslie “Wild Bill” Olson, 78, of Ephrata, Washington, died Saturday, May 30, 2020. In hospice care at Garden Oasis Assisted Living, he passed away peacefully in his sleep.

He leaves four daughters and one son: Debra Collins from Maryland, Timothy Olson from Florence, Mississippi, Jenny Meadows from Soso, Mississippi, Bethany Sisemore from Rockville, California and Sherry Olson from Mount Olive, Mississippi. He also leaves eight grandkids and six great-grandkids.

He went to Crater High School and had a long career as a small engine mechanic. His favorite hobbies were hunting and fishing. Bill was an avid Seahawks fan and loved watching football.

Bill loved animals, especially dogs. When asked what their favorite memory was, his children say it’s going to the drive-in movies or watching Disney movies on Sunday nights and sharing a bucket of KFC.
