Officers responded to the 1000 block of North Stratford Road for numerous reports throughout the day of armed men on street corners and on rooftops, including a number of reports from area business owners.
Officers responded to the Alder Street Fill for a report of a suspect who was pulling up his shirt and flashing his handgun in his waistband while pointing and yelling at protesters. As officers approached, the suspect threw a lighter at the officers and tried to run away.

Theo Allan Michael Marlatt, 25, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence and third-degree malicious mischief.
Joseph Russell Jenkins, 49, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of felony harassment threats to kill and unlawful carrying or handling of a weapon.

Steven Jose Cruz, 43, of Seattle, was booked on charges of driving while under the influence, operating a vehicle without ignition interlock and third-degree driving while license suspended.

Evgueni Iapryntsev, 26, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of second-degree possession of stolen property, as well as for outstanding warrants related to third-degree theft and possession of a controlled substance.
Jasmine Monique Hansel, 31, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.
Robert Michael Wiltfong, 34, of Soap Lake, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.
Cassandra Jasmine Ochoa, 25, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of attempting to elude, theft of a motor vehicle, reckless endangerment, third-degree driving while license suspended and possession of methamphetamine, as well as for outstanding warrants related to possession of a stolen vehicle, attempting to elude and third-degree theft.
