Asia Today: Indonesian capital partly reopens after lockdown

JAKARTA, Indonesia (AP) — Restrictions in Indonesia’s capital were partly relaxed on Monday after two months of lockdown, as the world’s fourth most populous nation gradually reopens its economy.
