Populous Kansas counties see dozens of new coronavirus cases

TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) — Kansas' four most populous counties reported dozens of new coronavirus cases in the past two days, part of an increase that's occurred since Gov. Laura Kelly lifted statewide restrictions on businesses.
