Tropical Storm Hanna strengthens slightly; Gonzalo looms

MIAMI (AP) — Tropical Storm Hanna strengthened slightly Friday as it moved toward the Texas coastline, threatening to bring heavy rain, rough waters and strong winds, all while another tropical storm continued to approach the Caribbean.
