ORDINANCE 20-04 The City Council of the City of Royal City has adopted Ordinance 20-04 AN ORDINANCE REPLACING "APPENDIX G" OF CHAPTER 5.04 OF THE ROYAL CITY MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "GARBAGE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL" RELATING TO GARBAGE RATES.
