Puerto Rico to offer virtual classes, delay school reopening
SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — Puerto Rico officials announced Wednesday that all public school students will start virtual classes Aug. 17 as the U.S. territory battles an increase in coronavirus cases.
