August hearing set in lawsuit pitting Forest against Cooper

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — A hearing has been scheduled for next month in litigation from Republican Lt. Gov. Dan Forest challenging several COVID-19 restrictions issued by Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper.
