Letter: COVID-19 has far-reaching effects

COVID-19 has risen all over, even in our prisons. Why hasn’t anything been done? Those prisoners didn’t come out to the public to receive this disease; the only persons bringing this disease to the prisons were the staff and guards. Why are they getting better masks than the inmates there?
