Afghan official: Pakistani mortars kill 4 Afghan civilians

KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) — Several mortar shells fired by Pakistani troops landed in a border village in eastern Afghanistan on Wednesday, killing four civilians and wounding nine others, an Afghan provincial spokesman said.
