Kentucky’s former Democratic Party chief to be sentenced

FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — Federal prosecutors are seeking prison time for Kentucky's former Democratic Party chief when he is sentenced this week, but attorneys for Jerry Lundergan are seeking probation.
