Serbian leader backtracks on virus lockdown after protest
BELGRADE, Serbia (AP) — Serbia’s president backtracked Wednesday on his plans to reinstate a coronavirus lockdown in Belgrade after thousands protested the move and violently clashed with the police in the capital.
