Ecuador VP resigns, setting off talk of a presidential bid

QUITO, Ecuador (AP) — Ecuadorean vice president Otto Sonnenholzner resigned Tuesday, setting off speculation that he could be preparing a presidential bid for the South American nation's elections in February.
