Skepticism, encouragement as Wyoming weighs $1B land deal
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Top Wyoming officials heard both skepticism and encouragement Monday as they discussed a proposal to bid on a Connecticut-sized area of private land and mineral rights spanning three states.
