Othello sees 23 new cases of COVID-19

OTHELLO — Twenty-three residents of Othello tested positive for COVID-19, it was reported Monday, July 6. That brought the total of confirmed cases in Adams County to 186.

Othello accounted for 176 cases. Five cases have been in Ritzville, three in Lind, one in Washtucna and one in Hatton.

So far, 112 people have recovered. None of the cases currently involves hospitalization.

The number of people in the county who have been tested was 1,348 as of Monday, and 985 of those had negative results. One hundred sixty-three tests are pending results.
