Notice of Application - Date of Notice: July 6, 2020 Notice is hereby given that Grant County has received a SEPA checklist from Wahluke School District (Designated Contact: Matt Hyndman, PO Box 907, Mattawa, WA 99349) and determined this application to be technically complete on June 25, 2020. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. DESCRIPTION: Placement of a 28'x64' portable classroom on the Wahluke High School campus. PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The project site is located at 505 N. Boundary Rd., Mattawa, WA 99349. The parcel is in the SW quarter of Section 36, Township 15 N., Range 23 E., W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #19-1520-001. OTHELLO SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 147 2019-2020 BUDGET EXTENSION The Board of Directors of Othello School District will conduct a public hearing on Monday, July 13, 2020 at 6:30 p.m.at the Othello School District Administrative Office, 1025 S. 1st Avenue, Othello WA 99344, for the purpose of requesting an extension of the Debt Service Fund Budget for the 2019-2020 school fiscal year. Any person may appear at the meeting and be heard for or against the budget or any part thereof.
