Minnesota officials back mask mandate amid spikes elsewhere

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Health experts are urging Gov. Tim Walz to require people to wear masks in public statewide amid concerns that a spike in reported coronavirus cases elsewhere could happen in Minnesota.
