Notice of Determination of Non-Significance Critical Area Ordinance Update: The City of Othello issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) for the proposed adoption of ordinances amending the existing Critical Area Ordinances, OMC 13.08 & 13.10. This proposal does not have any probable significant adverse environmental impacts. This decision was made after review of an environmental checklist and other information on file with the City. Comments on this DNS will be accepted until 5:00 PM on July 13, 2020 at City Hall, 500 E. Main Street, Othello or via email at ahenning@othellowa.gov.
