Struggling Düsseldorf fires coach Funkel, hires Rösler

DÜSSELDORF, Germany (AP) — Fortuna Düsseldorf hired Uwe Rösler as coach on Wednesday to replace the fired Friedhelm Funkel after the team slipped to last place in the Bundesliga.
